Full week prices from £90 - my prices are always at least 30% below the Parks brochure price. Prices available for short-breaks

Payment by Credit/Debit card through Paypal will be available at a small additional charge.

EarlyBird discount of 5%, for holidays after 1st July booked and paid in full [hire + bond] by 31st March, 2009.

LETTING TERMS & CONDITIONS
1] A £75 damage waiver deposit and booking form will be required to complete the transaction; the damage waiver deposit will be refunded a few days after the holiday has finished, provided no damage/breach of letting terms is observed; should damage/breach occur, the owners decision is final.
2] Full payment of the hire fee is required 6 weeks before the holiday. If under 6 weeks to the start of the holiday, the full rental plus the damage waiver deposit will be required with the booking. Should the holiday be cancelled, every effort will be made to relet the holiday and any rental thus received will be refunded to the original hirer less a £30 administration fee.
3] The owner reserves the right, without notice or refund of deposit, to cancel any bookings not paid on time.
4] The owner reserves the right to exclude anyone found to have damaged the caravan, without any refund of rental. This is at the sole discretion of the owner.
5] The site reserves the right to exclude anyone breaking any site rule, or causing damage, disturbance or similar. There will be no right to a refund from either the site or the caravan owner in such circumstances.
6] Single sex bookings, or bookings whose leader is under 21, are not normally accepted.
7] No animals are allowed in the caravan.
8]Smoking is strictly prohibited in or around the caravan - it is the hirers responsibility to ensure compliance with this rule, failure to comply will forfeit the damage waiver deposit.
9] For Health & Safety reasons, gas fire only to be used during the day when caravan occupied and turned off while sleeping [In cold weather, electric heaters may be left on]. Again, breach of this condition may forfeit the deposit.
10] Please note that the hirer/lead member of the party must live and sleep in the caravan throughout the period of the booking, unless party leave early.
11] The party must leave, and return the keys, by 10:00 on the last day booked, failure to do so may make the party liable to an additional charge and/or loss of deposit.
