LETTING TERMS & CONDITIONS

a.. A £75 booking and damage deposit will be required, with the booking form, to reserve the caravan. This is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled but, otherwise will be refunded a few days after the caravan holiday has been completed, unless damage to the caravan/contents is identified.
b.. Full payment of the rent is required 6 weeks before the caravan holiday. If under 6 weeks to the start of the caravan holiday the full rental will be required with the booking, together with the damage deposit. Should the holiday be cancelled, the rental will be refunded only if the caravan is re-let for the period concerned; otherwise no refund will be made. Any refunds or holiday amendments will incur a £20 administration fee.
c.. Bookings not paid on time, as above, will be cancelled by the owner.
d.. The owner reserves the right to exclude anyone found to have damaged the caravan, without any refund of rental. This is at the sole discretion of the owner.
e.. The site reserves the right to exclude anyone causing damage, disturbance or similar. There will be no right to a refund from either the site or the caravan owner in such circumstances.
f.. The maximum rental period is 28 consecutive days in any one year, under Local Authority regulations
g.. Single sex bookings are not normally acceptable.
h.. Smoking is strictly prohibited in or around the caravan - it is the hirers responsibility to ensure compliance with this rule, failure to comply will forfeit the damage waiver deposit.
